Filastatin是一种白色念珠菌丝化(Candidaalbicansfilamentation)的持久抑制剂，在基于GFP的粘附测定中以IC50值为3μM抑制多种致病性念珠菌物种的粘附。Filastatin抑制真菌与聚苯乙烯和人类细胞的粘附，从酵母到菌丝的形态转变，抑制菌丝特异性HWP1启动子。Filastatin具有有效的抗真菌作用。

产品描述	Filastatin is a long-lasting inhibitor of Candida albicans filamentation. Filastatin inhibits adhesion by multiple pathogenic Candida species with an IC50 of ~3 μM in the GFP-based adhesion assay. Filastatin inhibits fungal adhesion to polystyrene and human cells, the yeast-to-hyphal morphological transition, induction of the hyphal-specific HWP1 promoter.
