Background:
DL-o-Tyrosine is a hydroxylation product of phenylalanine.1It is formed from phenylalanine by hydroxyl radicals generated during radiolysis and can be further hydroxylated to form 2,3-dihydroxyphenylalanine (2,3-DOPA).
