Shanciol B，从风干的Polidota imbricateHook 乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到，抑制一氧化氮 (NO) 的产生和 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazil (DPPH) 自由基清除活性。Shanciol B 是一种微粒体前列腺素 E 合酶-1 (mPGES-1) 抑制剂，具有抗炎活性。

生物活性	Shanciol B, isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the air-dried whole plant ofPholidota imbricateHook, inhibits nitric oxide (NO) production and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazil (DPPH) radical scavenging activity^[1]. Shanciol B is a microsomal prostaglandin E synthase-1 (mPGES-1) inhibitor with anti-inflammatory activity^[2].
