| hr-china@basf.com信箱不接受职位申请，敬请登陆官网在线申请！ Objectives Responsible for product transfers from other regions and also transfers within Asia Pacific to optimize the Asia Pacific manufacturing network utilization for Engineering Plastics. Managing the qualification of new tollers to ensure meeting BASF / Industries standards and requirement. Main Tasks Execute product transfers: work closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing to define manufacturing network optimization potential, plan implementation and execute. Manage the transfer of products to manufacturing hubs and ensure customer qualification by Sales team. Closely follow up on the evaluation of the finished goods after trial production and approve the product transfer by strictly following BASF quality norms. Ensure that plant is supported with appropriate documents and technical information to ensure product transfer is done in time. Co-ordinate and support plant / operations on process trouble shooting, quality related issues Actively involve and interact with product development, production and other technical communities across the region to keep abreast of all technical needs and developments. Lead new toll compounder qualification projects for engineering plastics in Asia Pacific region in close coordination and consultation with relevant parties. Perform technical audit for toll compounder as and when needed to ensure compliance to BASF and relevant Industry standards and requirements. Requirements Education: Masters / Bachelor in Polymer Science / Chemical Engineering Working Experience: At least 8 years of in Engineering plastics industry, preferably with more than 5 years in technical, quality or production function Technical & Professional Knowledge: High level of technical back ground for plastic compounding technology and raw materials. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Excellent communication skill in English |
