产品说明 应用 TRKA (440-end), active, GST tagged human was used to study functional NGF signal transduction. 生化/生理作用 TRKA (440-end), active, GST tagged human is a 140 kD membrane-spanning protein tyrosine kinase that belongs to proto-oncogene family. TRKA facilitates the regulation of cell differentiation and survival via activating SHC1 and FRS2 which in turn activates a GRB2-Ras-MAPK cascade.
