Description | 小鼠肥大细胞瘤细胞P815。该细胞生长不能被硫酸葡聚糖、LPS或PPD抑制。检测表明鼠痘病毒(ectromelia virus，ECTV)阴性。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测，结果为阴性。该细胞经过STR鉴定，结果为：①该株细胞DNA进行小鼠细胞STR分型结果显示，扩增后图谱清晰，分型结果良好：18-3：17,18；9-2：14.3；6-7：12,13；5-5：12,13,14；X-1：27.3；15-3：21.3；12-1：15.3，16.3；6-4：17.3；CSF1PO：无；vWA：无；4-2：18.3；Jarid1：X，X。

Sodium Pyruvate 100 mM Solution(invitrogen 11360070) 1 ml
传代周期：以20万cell / mL密度开始培养，并在培养过程中维持细胞密度在10万cell / mL到100万cell / mL。
传代比例：以20万cell / mL密度开始培养，并在培养过程中维持细胞密度在10万cell / mL到100万cell / mL。
换液频率：2-3天或传代时换液
冻存液配方：完全培养液95%，DMSO 5%
细胞状态：部分悬浮、部分贴壁生长。贴壁细胞可用刮刀刮下后继续悬浮生长。
【注意事项】
复苏好的P815细胞通过普通快递寄出，细胞多数呈悬浮状态，可能有些许细胞贴壁。当您收到细胞后，请将全部细胞悬液转移到离心管，贴壁的细胞经吹打脱壁后一并收集，离心1000rpm, 5min。 离心后，加入10-15ml培养液将细胞沉淀重悬，接种到2个T25培养瓶内，继续培养。原瓶内的培养液可以继续使用，为预防污染请添加双抗。 | 供应限制
