Description
人结直肠腺癌细胞Caco-2 [Caco2]分离自直肠原位癌,适于转染。当细胞长满时,可表现出肠上皮细胞分化的特征。Caco-2细胞表达维甲酸结合蛋白I和维甲酸结合蛋白II。每个批次均通过本库支原体检测,结果为阴性。冻存时为P30代。经本库STR检测无误,STR鉴定结果为:Amelogenin: X,CSF1PO: 11,D13S317: 11,13,14,D16S539: 12,13,D5S818: 12,13,D7S820: 11,12,THO1: 6,TPOX: 9,11,vWA: 16,18

冻存液:完全培养液95%,DMSO 5%
气相:空气,95%;二氧化碳,5%。 温度:37摄氏度。
注意事项:
1.复苏或传代后细胞贴壁较慢,大量细胞会漂浮并存在一些碎片,最终会以岛状形态贴壁并扩散生长。为了避免干扰细胞贴壁,48h内不要换液;细胞形态不均一,有一些含有液泡的巨大细胞,该细胞培养过程中会有黑色颗粒物,属正常现象;消化时间5-10 min。
2.该细胞对血清质量较为敏感,我库建议您使用品牌优质胎牛血清进行培养或选择订购我库配套Caco-2完全培养液,货号为SCSP-671。
3.我库冻存时,每支冻存管约含1×106细胞量,体积为500μl,预期存活率70%,建议复苏至1个T25培养瓶中。
