光果苷是从甘草 ( Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) 根提取物中分离得到的一种生物可利用的异黄酮。据研究报道，光甘草定具有多种生物活性，包括强抗氧化活性、抗 LDL 氧化的抗氧化剂、抗幽门螺杆菌特性、雌激素样活性以及抗肾上腺素能和自由基清除活性。它还可抑制血清素再摄取、黑色素生成、炎症和细胞色素 P450 3A4、2B6 和 2C9。
