性质描述:

白色粉末。溶于水，不溶于甲醇、氯仿、苯。溶液在pH2.5-4.5时稳定。

生产方法:

由对硝基苄-7-氨基-3-氯-3-头孢-4-羧酸酯与臭氧、二氯亚砜、2-氨基苯乙酸反应制得。

用途:

抗菌素。抗菌作用比头孢羟氨苄强。主要用于泌尿道感染、上呼吸道感染、皮肤软组织感染和五官科感染等，疗效较好。
